The process will be similar whether you choose a morning hunt or an evening hunt.

• After loading all gear into the trailers/sleds at the access points, you will walk out to the blinds along field edges. The walking distances range from approximately 350m to 850m depending on the field.
• All your gear will be hauled out by quad/trailers/sleds.
• Once at the blind, the decoys will be set out, gear put into the blinds, bags cleaned up and quad/trailers moved and hidden.
• Once in the blind, everyone will get settled and adjusted to be at their best set up for shooting.
• Shooting lanes and how the shot call will be made will be reviewed.No gun will be loaded until the guide instructs hunters to do so.
• The gun’s safety will remain on at all times until the gun is raised and in the shooting stance, and be put back on immediately following shooting.
• Hunters will get ready and then only shoot when instructed to by the guide. This ensures shots happen within the effective range when it is safe to do so.
• No hunter will exit the blind with a loaded gun. In the event of a cripple needing to be retrieved, the guide will handle all these duties and his directions will be followed by all hunters up to and including unloading and placing guns in holders while difficult retrievals take place.
• Hunters are encouraged to help with set up and pack up of decoys and with the final clean up of hulls, wads and garbage. After the hunt all gear will be hauled back out and hunters will walk back out.
• Please note that bird cleaning is NOT permitted in the field or at access points.
